Letter from Dave Yost - Auditor of State

A recent financial audit of Hocking County by the Auditor of State's office has returned a clean audit report. Hocking County's excellent record keeping has earned it the Auditor of State Award.

The discussion and analysis of Hocking County’s financial performance provides an overall review of the County’s financial activities for the year ended December 31, 2017. The intent of this discussion and analysis is to look at the County’s financial performance as a whole; readers should also review the basic financial statements and the notes to the basic financial statements to enhance their understanding of the County’s financial performance.

REBID NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the HOCKING COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, 1 EAST MAIN STREET, LOGAN, OH 43138 at its offices until 9:30 A.M. on September 4, 2018 , and will be  publicly  opened  and  read immediately thereafter for the “MURRAY CITY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS”.

The Special Election on August 7th is for the 12th Congressional District only. Hocking County is part of the 15th Congressional District. Our next Election is November 6th.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the HOCKING COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, 1 EAST MAIN STREET, LOGAN, OH 43138 at its offices until 9:45 A.M. on August 2, 2018 , and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the “MURRAY CITY SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS”.

The Project work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the contract documents. Project cost estimate is $2,850,000.00 .

Bid documents may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $ 150.00 per set at the following location:
